I dont know if i got the words right
I heard these words from the advertisement of the music channel MELODY HITS on ARABSAT: the melody hits guy slaps a a driver in his car. the driver come out of the vehicle and turns out to be a really huge guy. he swirls the melody guy in the air luckily the gorgious girlfreind of the melody guy comes to the rescue by distacting the huge guy.

Zaha3 tini, or I think that's how you'd spell it, means you've bored me.
Inzil means (to a guy) get down, but if it was the cab driver saying it to the guy, then it means get out of the car.
Not so sure about tatahatmalal and hanistabaal.. Might be Egyptian, and I don't really understand it as well as other dialects. Sorry.

I'm an Arab--that's not Arabic. And the website wont' help--they are usually word for word which doesn't help you form sentences.

firt word, mean you got rid of me,,, or he got rid of me or may be means he didn't pay attention to me..or mean get lost actually it depend on how you say it.
Second word, get down
forth word, the spaker wonder if you make yourself fool and not getting to the point so he say hanistahbel!? with a question mark
