Well I'm 15 and I'm 60 kg, im about 5'8, is this healthy??

I would worry more about if you carry too much fat that what you weigh. BMI or Body Mass Index indicates whether you are 'fat' or lean, in other words, how much of your weight is fat and muscle. Isn't the real answer you are looking for wheter you are fat or not?

No, you need to weigh less than 60kg (55-57kg is okay). Get a medical checkup.
