I NEED to loose like 10-15 pounds in exactly 2 weeks from today.
Right now I'm eating about 500 calories or less with at least 8 glasses of water.

I do around a hour or so of exercise a day too.

Can I reach my goal in time?
Any tips?

BTW how can I keep my body from going into stravation mode without eating a ton of calories and fat?

THANKS!

Cutting down your calories that low will drop a few pounds in the beginning, but you will more than likely stall because of starvation mode before your deadline.
Your best bet to drop pounds fast without damaging your metabolism is low carb and lots of water. I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks that way. Depending on how overweight you are you may lose a little more or less, but that's the only way I know to even come close to that amount in that short of a time. Cut your carbohydrate intake to less than 20 grams a day to put your body in a state of ketosis. It's the fastest way to burn fat, and caloric intake is basically irrelevant for the short period you are looking to do this. You basically eat only meat, fish, chicken, and eggs, which have no carbs, and have a small carb intake of salad veggies (just watch the dressing-buy a low carb kind)
Be aware though that if you stop the low carb diet abruptly after such a short amount of time you will probably regain a few of the pounds you lost due to water retention. To avoid that you need to "wean" the carbs back in.
It will also help to take psyllium husks. You can buy them in a pill form that's inexpensive. But it will help you not get the associated digestive problems-like constipation-from a severe change in diet.
