Lots of things contribute to glowing skin. But, here are some major things you can do to make sure you just glow. 1. drink a lot of water. Water prevents all kinds of skin blemishes, and it also contributes to your skin looking more even, and more glowy. Whenever I OD on water (haha) people always comment on my skin. 2. Use a gentle scrub (I like St. Ives Apricot Scrub) twice a week (everyday would be too much and lead to skin irritation) and apply a good lotion afterwards. Shedding the dead skin cells from your face exposes the fresh ones underneath leading to a glowing complexion. Older women know that keeping up with exfoliation makes you look younger. ;) 3. Use a daily moistorizing lotion that advertises using words like: "brightening" or "radiant." This usually means that the lotion formula has something in that has a shimmer like effect (not glitter, shimmer. Usually this shimmer is because something in the lotion refracts light). My personal favorite is Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer. Another good one is Eyeko's daily face moisturizer. 4. A good orgasm (even self-applied). Nothing makes your skin glow more than the blood rush of a good afterglow. Bonus! It usually lasts for about three hours and it puts you in a good mood.

The TimeWise® Microdermabrasion Set was developed
for anyone with fine lines and visible pores or dry, flaky skin who wants to see healthier, younger-looking skin immediately.
Step 1: Refine is an advanced exfoliator
that immediately energizes the skin to reveal a more radiant, healthy-looking surface. This creamy white lotion with exfoliating crystals:
• feeds and nourishes the skin from below through increased microcirculation. This brings oxygen to the top of the skin to stimulate circulation creating a healthy, more radiant glow.
• reduces the appearance of pores by effectively removing the dead skin cells that naturally form inside and around the outer edge of every pore.
Step 2: Replenish is immediately absorbed into the skin to instantly smooth and soften. This lightweight, opalescent lavender serum:
• feeds and nourishes the skin from above with an exclusive Mary Kay® triple tea complex.
• aids the rejuvenation process and protects against environmental pollutants.
• soothes the skin and helps to bring it back in balance.
• prepares the skin for the next step in skin care.
HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM OTHER MICRODERMABRASION PRODUCTS ON THE MARKET?
Many brands offer only one step. Others merely offer a moisturizer as the second step. Step 2: Replenish really separates Mary Kay’s microdermabrasion set from
the competition. It is a rich serum, containing vitamins, antioxidants and anti-irritants that nourishes the soft, smooth skin revealed by Step 1: Refine.

Try this facial scrub. It's awesome. Mix a couple tablespoons sugar with a little bit of honey, and a teaspoon of olive oil. Make a paste, and use as a scrub on your face. Gently massage in circles for 2 minutes. You may notice a little redness. Just be gentle and don't scrub too hard. Rinse with warm water. It's like microdermabrasion. Top with moisturizer. This is one amazing beauty treatment, and it doesn't cost much.

drink 8-8 oz glasses of water per day...a doctor told me that drinking warm water instead of cold water is great because cold water tends to freeze up your pores and make them "poof" out...same goes for trying to lose weight, cold water makes the fat harder to "melt" away....and in addition to water, use OATMEAL!...mix the oatmeal with some lemon juice in it, and "mask" it onto your skin...let it sit there until it dries up and rinse it off...keep doing this and you'll have healthy and moisturized skin.....another thing to do to keep your skin acne and blemish free is to use lemon skin...like after you eat a lemon, rub the inside skin all over your face...the acids clean out your pores and gives your face that "tingle"...letting you know it's clean and refreshed....i do this allllll the time :D

Hi,
A simple solution would be to eat organic blueberries (frozen are cheaper) for breakfast. Wait 3 hours before eating anything else.
