Everything that happens is dictated by the law of cause and effect. Or as you sow so shall you reap. This applies to the law of reincarnation, too. From our actions and thoughts from previous lives we set the stage for our next incarnation. We are born into different situations and environments to give us the opportunity to grow, experience and develop. All of this is involved with our path back to God or the Divine.

First off, I beleive in reincarnation, and don't really think people have a choice of who they are born to, or the body they will be born in, or if they will have the luxury of being born again as a human being.
I'm not belittling the problems of poverty, but the fact is that there are worse things than being poor. Would you rather be born poor or born with severe deformities?

Christians don't believe in reincarnation—but I hope you'll understand why we don't, because a very important truth is behind our conviction.
Christians reject reincarnation for two main reasons. The first is because the Bible does not teach it, and in fact makes it clear that when we die we don't return to earth again but enter eternity—either with God in heaven or apart from God forever. The Bible says, "Man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment" (Hebrews 9:27).
The second reason Christians reject reincarnation is because Christ has paid the full penalty for our sins—totally and completely. He did this by His death on the cross for us. You say you hope to become perfect some day in another life—but Jesus has already made us perfect in God's eyes, by taking away all our sins! The Bible says, "But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ" (1 Corinthians 6:11).
Think of it: Every sin you have ever committed can be completely cleansed, if you will turn to Christ in repentance and faith! Don't be deceived by a false hope, but put your faith and hope in Christ today.

yes i do believe it!before a man is born into this world, his fate plays the major role!lest assume in this life you were blessed with riches,it was not by chance you are rich.you have a responsibility to help.who,we don't know but since we are not aware, you just help those who come your way, those you feel need your help.but if you become selfish and not help nobody at all, guess what?you will die a rich man, then in the beyond, you will realized you have failed your mission.since you were granted the opportunity to be rich and help but did not help, you will have to come back and feel poverty!this time,no matter how hard you try you will never be rich!
also there are some who happen to be rich but are extremely selfish, they also befall this very fate in their next earth life.

Because there's more to life than money and what it buys, and everyone needs to experience that lesson at least once :P Admittedly, though, that can still be learned by people who have oodles of money....I've kicked myself for that one; and next time, I'll talk to my guides about coming up with something slightly better, In the meantime, I'm learning my lessons and carrying on.

Yes, I do. You decide to come here for a purpose, in my opinion. If you choose an easy life, what are you going to learn?Besides, money makes life easier in some ways and maybe tougher in others.

The richest man or woman is voluntarily living that 'center-type' style...!!! (human beings bypass hungry on some evenings, for a range of of motives... weight-reduction plan, well being, or as a non secular vow... even if the same element, with the reason... there is not any nutrition contained in the kitchen, no funds contained in the pocket?.... Now that is misery, for most persons, except someone is able to ask for this reason!)... .... We got here poor (empty exceeded)... yet we landed at different places (delivery/born)... and we bypass poor (empty exceeded).... And, for existence journey, the luxuries make it comfortable, even if the knowledge is lost very nearly... alertness is there yet alongside with that rigidity, rigidity, problem of retaining the wealth... ! (Even at present, nutrition takes position loose, for all different living beings except people.... might want to nicely be a number of them ought to seek.. yet no longer paintings to 'earn' for nutrition.... purely those captive animals, we lead them to too like us, earn its nutrition!)
