It's pretty f'uckin' simple... one thing... Q-tips, idiot. But, knowing how stupid this question is, I'm pretty sure you would take my advice if I told you to just use a damn tampon and stick it in your ear and let that sh'it get sucked up. You should at least take a shower once a week, you dirty camel sperm.
You've been hit by your friendly neighborhood flamer. :)

I had a similar problem when I was in the military. It got so bad that I lost hearing in one ear, which scared me, but then the doctor told me that it was just a problem with wax build up. Cleaning it out in the medical department was painful, but my hearing returned to normal immediately. The doctor told me I should run the shower as hot as I could stand it and then direct the hot streams into my ear to flush out the wax about once a week. I've been doing this ever since and have never had any further problems. I have also seen something in a drug store for this as well -an O.T.C. ear drops, but I have never used it personally.

Having read your prior questions and your profile, I have to say, you don't get out much, do you? But if you really want to know (which I somehow doubt) don't use q-tips. They only compact the gunk so that you end up needing an impact drill. Drop olive oil in your ear canal after every shower. Then again, as I said, I read your profile & other questions. It's possible you just need to learn about showers!

Warm water while in the shower. Most doctors advise against Q-Tips, or specifically anything smaller than your elbow, they help to push a lot of stuff further into your ear and make the wax impaction worse. If its getting bad, try an ear wax removal kit.

You can't prevent it. If its really excessive and builds up really quickly, see a dr. It could be an infection. If not, you arent cleaning your ears often enough.
You can go get your ears cleaned at the doctors, but I'd recommend just cleaning them daily after a shower.

Avoid sticking stuff in your ear aside from ear wax remover. See a doctor as they can spray the wax out with hot water using a special instrument.

Go see an ENT specialist for advice. You really don't want to mess with your ears. You DON"T want to start digging in there with Q-tips. That will only impact is against the drum and cause more pain and possibly rupture the eardrum.

You COULD see a doctor, but they have rules preventing them from giving you something that would help: a pill of ecstacy and some hot raver girls. You won't care about your ears for very long.
