The Wiccan religion does not have a "bible." A bible is supposedly the word of a deity revealed through a prophet. Wicca or Witchcraft is a Pagan folk-religion of personal experience. There is plethora of information on line about Wicca. Here is a good website to get you started:
http://www.zoestar.org/html/book_of_shadows.html
There you will find information about it's origins, practices, and beliefs. Enjoy!

Like the other poster said, Jehovah's Witnesses offer free home Bible studies. You can use your own Bible too during the study. You will learn a lot from the Bible. You can request a free home Bible study from their website. I put the link in the section below where the source is listed. They also have a book called "Mankind's Search For God". It is very interesting, it takes a look at many of the world's religions basic teachings in one book. I found it to be very accurate.

thats an excellent idea. if only more people took it upon theirselves to study a variety of religion, for any reason. its important to be aware. hmmm, i once sent of for a copy of the Bhagavada-gita. it came from hong kong, they shipped it for free. mostly bc if you show an interest in someone's religion, they will make a way to show it to you. find a religion, search for a church or the like that practice it, then express your interest to them. most will even offer extensive information online. and just incase you didn't know, don't worry about hunting down the torah, its just the old testiment in hebrew. also, keep in mind that some religions are very old and have been subject to revisionment, esp. the bible, thanks to roman catholics. GL!
and while most would over-look it, do look into various forms of paganism. the pagan world is often very misunderstood, its actually a very lovely way of life, though not for me i can see its appeal. its best to always be open-minded. also, you can not judge all people by your religious standards, its not fair as they may have different ones that your not living up to.

when you talk about study, then you have started on a wrong note!religious matters are not studied!study involve the sole use of the intellect whiles spirituality involves the soul or the spirit of man.to study means to judge, weigh, solve, digest and absorb only to be reproduced in the same format.this is purely material!this does not involve the spirit of man!this approach will obscure the real truth in your search!
remember,in searching for the truth, you are preparing food for the soul.open its doors by subduing the intellect which is a stumbling block to spiritual development in the first place, then go out unassumingly.you must experience with your spirit then let it decide.that is the only way you can find the truth in all/a religion(s).

Not that I know of. I try to read everything I can, too. There are many different websites if you google Hinduism, the Koran, Buddhism, etc. If you are looking for super cheap books on religion, call your local library and ask when their next book sale is. Libraries do it all the time and I've gotten lots and lots of religious books that way for a dollar each.

This is very interesting!Surprisingly enough I think I can help you..
The way you phrased the question It seem that you are honestly
seeking some truth? If that's the case, then I would to help you in
that endeavour. There is a publication that I would recommend to
honest truth seekers. Its called. "What does the Bible really teach"
Its an honest and basis look at what the Bible really says.....Any
honest hearted person owes it to themselves to try to find truth,
If that is what they are honestly seeking.Dont you agree?Again..
It is not easy to come out of satans world,it takes effort,This
Scripture at John.15:19 I think Sums it up....."If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own,,,,Now bec-
ause you are no part of the world, but I have chosen out of the
world,on this account the world hates you."Its not easy!but it is
rewarding.....because the more you take in the accurate knowledge of Jehovah God,and the more you learn of his ways
and rightious standards, the better your life becomes, and it just gets better every day...You can obtain a copy of this publication
by contacting Jehovahs witnesses in your area or go to http://
watchtower.org-----they will be glad to direct you to the right place.

You can get Bibles at thrift stores, and yard sales. You can find many other books about various religions at the library. People who are devout in their beliefs will gladly recommend the books to read. As a Christian, my two favorites are the Living Bible and the Dake's Reference Bible.

Yes. Free bibles can be had from a number of sources. You can get an English translation of the Qur'an for less than $20; I recommend the Yusuf Ali translation. Its numerous footnotes can aid in understanding it.
