I would to the gym and use wide-grip benchpress or dumbell flys. If you don't have access to a gym then try adding weight when you do push-ups or do them inclined or declined as well as regular.

i use a weight machine at home with the press and butterfly....a big secret is do 4 sets of 8-12 reps, not just 3 sets since on the 4th set your muscles will finally have max blood flow and you can then up the weight on that final set to max out and really drain the muscles, you have to drain the muscles for the body to realize they need to get bigger.

i use a Weider i got on clearance at walmart for like $100.....will do all you want unless you want to be a pro.

Push up helps but not to a great extent. Do some excercise using dumbells. You try yourself and find the best excercise that suits you. When you excercise you should feel every movement. Unless you feel it you are not gaining anything. Also you must be dedicated. Do it. Feel it. Enjoy.

No, if you want to work on ur Pecs you need to hit the Bench. Due some bench press, dumb-bell press, dumb-bell flies, incline, decline these are targeted to help build the chest muscles(pecs, deltoids, shoulders)

Bench press. If you want to get big, you have to use heavy weight. Pushups are great and will get you cut, but they're not enough to get you big.

You would need to do about a million a day, unless you have a lot of weight to put on your back.
