Yes it is possible, but only in certain circumstances.
Both parents have 2 alleles. A B and O in all their combinations. AA, AB, AO, BB, BO, OO.
Type O is recessive so somebody with AO alleles will be an A blood type. If the other spouse has the BO alleles, he will be a B blood type.
The offspring of parents with those alleles (AO&BO) can have any one of 4 combinations. (AO, BO, AB and OO). The childs blood type could be A, B, AB or O.
If both parents are type O, then the child must be an O.

Note that the child cannot come up with an allele that NEITHER parent carries. That is, if Mom is AO and Dad is AO and the baby is type AB.... shoot the mailman or see your lawyer.

Yes, the blood group can be different. Obviously the child will have the same mothers DNA and SHOULD have the fathers DNA if he's the real father.

Yes it can happen and it has nothing to do with the mailman or some other guy. This would be a good question for the doctor.

Possibly. My husband and I are both O so our kids are O. If a mother was AO and the father was BO, the kids could be AO, BO, OO, AB. So if you are asking if AO/BO parents can have a AB kid then yes. If you are asking if AO/OO parents can have a BO or AB kid then no.
