okay there's this guy that I really really really like, actually I'm in love with him. I was best friends with him before... when he suddenly told me how he felt. We've been going on tons of dates, he's been saying he loves me yet now for some reason he's all confused about everything saying things like how he doesn't know if we're meant to be "together forever" or even bf/gf (no, we haven't made anything official) so he doesn't want to get in too deep. And yes I know "I love you" seems quite deep to me too. And I told him that. But now I'm just soooo confused today he just said "i love you" out of nowhere, how can you say that yet not even know if we're supposed to be gf/bf?
p.s. over the last few days I've cut off the lovey dovey stuff and have just trying to act like he's just my friend since he's making me sad.

i think you actually answered your own question.. you said youre his first there you go, hes scared maybe because hes never felt that feeling before. i think its cute he LOVES you ! just do what youve been doing he'll come around i promise just dont give him any reason to think you'd hurt him:( that would REALLY run him off. good luck AAHH i feel a hug coming on!!

Smart!!!! stay with your gut. Just be friends.
Friends are great, because friendship dont ever end. Guys usually need friends more than they need a girl, so be a friend first.
Relationships could end, and when they do they usually end with hurt feelings. So stay smart stick to what you know, be friends.
A guy that really cares about you wont 'try' to make you sad. <--that dosent mean, that, you will never be sad, --because that is not true, its not reality to believe you will never be sad, but a good man wont 'try' to make you sad.
Be friends, check him out, have your friends, and family check him out. If he is for 'real', then they can see right through him. And they will let you know if he is worth your time.

Sounds like you either slept with him and he 'changed his mind' after it, or he really is confused about what he wants.
I'm hoping he is a nice guy and he is just confused. If he is confused there is nothing you can to do unconfuse him, sorry :-(
But, the good news is you are doing what you need to do to protect yourself. Keep it up. He will eventually decide what he wants, but until then, realize that it is kind of mean of him to 'play with' your heart in this manner. (No, not on purpose!)

And how do you know that you are his first? He told youu? If he did, you actually believe him? Come on....

Maybe he just need a lot of time in thinking on what should he do. Why not help him realize what he really wants, like asking straight if he really wanted to your bf or just a plain friend.And whatever his answer may be just stay cool.;)

if you love him, then go in for the kill, kiss him and see where it goes from there. i'm not sure how you know if it's supposed to be or not supposed to be, it's chemistry.
