After the vomiting has slowed or stopped I like the pink stuff or Mineral water.

If the food he ate was bad, it is best to allow him to vomit to get rid of it, which is why the body is doing that in the first place. If the stuff isn't gotten out of the body, it will just stay where it is and make him sicker. Make sure he has plenty of fluids (even if he vomits them right back up) such as Gatorade or a similar sports drink. If he shows signs of dehydration (such as tenting of the skin, chills/shakes, or delirium), get him to the E.R.

1. fresh air
2. mints or minty gum
3. milk of magnesia or magnesium, not sure which it is though.
4. ginger ale
5. chewing on a piece of ginger
6. glass of water with 3 spoons of fiber husk mixed in, spoon feed a few spoons if s/he can take it cuz it thickens a great deal.
7. some antacid chewables help also.

try drnking hot lemon tea without sugar or
just mix a tea spoon of salt & sugar with some warm water
it will stop him from vomiting & diarrahea
Drink plenty of water to retain your body fluid

When he/she wants to vomit, let her/him. Most importantly, rest, and make sure he/she is warm. Give lots of fluid, but not food. If possible,offer glucose powder (available in most supermarkets).
