who is the person who said that it was 99% failure and 1% success? or that ir was 99% hard work and 1% talent... or something like that? please help..

The quote is actually - "Genius is 1% Inspiration and 99% perspiration", and it was quoted by Thomas Alva Edison the most famous American Inventor who, singly or jointly, held a world record 1.093 patents. In addition, he created the world's first industrial research laboratory, 1847-1931.

I'd heard it as ' 99% perspiration and 1% Inspiration' Another one was 99% luck and 1% hard work but I don't remember who said it
