You are probably suffering from pyorrhoea. This needs immediate treatment from a dentist.

Meantime, take 20 gms of Jacaranda leaves (Veppalay) and 5 gms of Turmeric whole (manjal thundu). Grind these with water to make a hard paste. Add three drops of Gingelli oil (Nallennai) and mix thoroughly. Apply this paste three times a day. In 2 days time the gums will stop bleeding.

The bad smell is because of your tummy problem. Check up for this too. One teaspoon of the above paste in the morning in empty tummy should be taken. Likewise take another teaspoon in the while going to bed.

Ellango if you ask your Patti, she will tell you the same.

First thing I would recommend is to go and see a dentist. They can help reduce receeding gums and other problems. From what you say, it is possible you have abcessed teeth. But, from home something you can do is brush at least twice a day. And rinse with Listerine or another good mouthwash that kills germs. With proper treatment and regular cleanings from the dentis - things will improve.

Sadly, there are no over-the-counter remedies. You have to see a dentist to rid yourself of Periodontal disease.

Go to your dentist like the above 2 mentioned and good luck!
