use this program: CinemaForge
or use this : www.flash-video-mx.com
To remove the sound, use the Windows Movie Maker, or extract the video without the background music using any video extract software...
I don't remember the program, but exists...
search for it...

You must to use some professional editing software like adobe premiere or sony vegas to do that.
