The best thing you can do is stop drinking your calories. Soda and even fruit juice are just empty calories with no fiber to mediate the digestion, so they get stored as fat quite easily. Try only drinking water (and black coffee if you drink coffee) for a week or two and see if that helps.
Also, don't go longer than 3 hours without eating something, even if it's just an apple and a slice of cheese. Eat either some protein or calcium with every meal or snack, and opt for whole grain foods instead of refined grains (like white rice, white flour, white pasta and any kind of sugar). If you start craving sweets, have some fruit. That's what your body really wants anyway. If you start craving fat, have a small serving of nuts (almonds are the best).

set a regimen for yourself and have patience. if you diet properly for a few months, you will lose enough weight to make CARDIO activity much easier on your heart, then you can start doing that more and more every week until it's easy and you have dropped a lot of weight.
you may also want to ask your doctor about a regulated medical diet.
AND WHOEVER SAID DO YOGA WAS RIGHT. find a local center. you will drop the weight really fast

don't eat any rice, beans, pasta, or bread after 3pm if thats too hard start out after 7pm. or you could go on a protien diet which is basically eating nothing but red meat. this will lean your body out. Eating celery burns more calories than any food there is. it takes that much work for your body to metabolize it. lots and lots and lots of water. and don't read while you eat. this slows the metabolism way down. why, because your mind is trying to comprehend at the same time its being told to digest. this takes alot of work the body is a masterpiece. it will do what you want it to do. if you visualize your body a certain way it will undoubtly take on that look. good luck
