by a 70 year old male?....not sure. I'm not even sure if something like that is charted ...or has any kind of record. The world record in the mile, by a male, is currently held by the recently retired Hicham El Guerroj of Morroco.....with a time of 3:43.3

I do not know but I saw this 90 year old man throw his walker and ran to the reduce bin in a grocery store. That was on the other side of the store.
