It's like a quick sharp pain that will shoot from my belly button straight to my a** and makes me yell out, "Holy Sh*t, OUCH!!! What could be the reason??

According to some eastern and alternative medicine, your belly button is the energy center of your body. So perhaps when you touch your belly button the energy flow of your body is cut off from your rectum... perhaps you have cancer or something that traditional medicine isn't picking up on and pressing your belly button triggers the pain that is a symptom of the problem... or perhaps you just need a lil' butt lovin' and your bum gets jealous that your belly button is getting all the attention. Its tough to know for sure, but try the butt love and see if you still have the pain afterwards.... better yet try the butt love and stick your finger in your belly button at the same time!

I don't know. If I stick my finger in my belly button it makes my stomach hurt.
