Your biggest concern right now is her being dehydrated. If she hasn't eaten all day, and now she's puking, there's a good chance she's dehydrated and for small dogs such as a Yorkie, the damages can be irreversible if not treated quickly. First things first, make sure she has fresh water and thats she's drinking it. Secondly, I'd recommend taking her to the vet to be on the safe side. The licking herself part will be because she's in heat. But she shouldn't be vomitting and not eating.

My yorkie has had the exact same thing you were describing. She licked her private area till it was raw and scabby (sorry for being graphic). I took her to the vet and she had urinary tract infections. This has happened twice. The vet gave her a shot and some antibiotics and she was well in a few days.
The hardest part about the ordeal was getting a urine sample. I couldn't get her to use the bathroom at the vet's office, so I had to get one and bring it back to the office. It's not the easiest thing to get a urine sample from a dog. Try to keep your pooch from going to the bathroom before you go to the vet incase he needs a sample.

the yellow frothy mucus is perfectly normal bile..iv had yorkies 4 15 years so try not to worry...if she is ok in herself id be inclined not to worry...has she been wormed lately?if not that is another option for you 2 consider as that could be the reason behind her licking..i personally wouldnt worry but for your own peace of mind seek advice from your vet tell them wot youve told us and they will advise

give her till friday and see, if she's not any beter, a trip to the vet is in order....specs of blood possibly from her licking, but I've never seen this, so I am more suspicious than that. look at her eyes, that's the best way to know how an animal feels.

dogs will often not eat when they are in pain or discomfort. yellow frothy mucus is usually bile and my dog will puke that up when his allergies are bad and he chews and licks his skin. the hair gets into his stomach and irritates it, causing the puke. make sure she is at least drinking water, and if she continues to not eat tomorrow, take her to the vet, as that is usually a symptom of something else that is wrong.

Our Yorkie vomits yellow stuff quite often. The Vet changed his diet and it helped. We make sure not to give him anything but that food.

When animals vomit yellow, it's not a good sign....take her to the vet as soon as you can.
