Dude, I only read part of your message
and then I got bored. The part I read is obvious.
Doing situps will really never remove abdominal fat,
Only aerobic activity will do that. Muscle really does not
remove fat (slowly and indirectly). Bah!
I'm tired now and can't type more info, but your question
has an obvious and real answer. I'll get back to you.

Let's attack the eating first. I would not skip meals. You are on the right track when you talk about your metabolism. Skipping meals will hurt your metabolism. If the quality of food is not good then carry something from home to eat during that time, perhaps a bag of almonds with a fruit is something that you can carry around with no problems.
Also when it comes to getting rid of fat, situps just won't get it done. Also how many sets are you doing for pushups to reach 70. Are you doing them all at once, breaking it up by 10s for example, what's the basic breakdown.
There's three things you need when you want to lose weight:
Small frequent meals that contain protein and low glycemic carbs.
Perform intense resistance training. You should be busting your *** when you workout with weights or your own bodyweight.
Perform both high and low intensity cardio.
There's so much more, it's covered in more detail in my blog which is at http://4evertoned.blogspot.com

dude you can lose weight by sit ups and push ups but thats gonna take a long time.. you need to go jog along with your situps and pushups and skipping lunch is not really that good for you because it will throw off the rest of your scheduled meal times you shouldn't eat dinner after 7 at night

To lose weight you have to find something you like to do that will work you out at least somewhat. If you think you can consistently do monotonous, robotic workouts then you've got it easy - keep going. Otherwise, like most people, you need something fun to keep doing it. If you know someone, for instance, who will play racquet ball with you that would be great. It's a no-brainer to learn, but really fun and fast paced enough to get your blood pumping. If at all possible, instead of changing your diet drastically, try to be more active until the amount you eat reaches a better equalibrium with the amount your body needs.

Exercise doesn't do much for losing body fat. Figure at most your sit-ups and push-ups burned 100 calories. You need to burn 3500 calories to lose just 1 pound. That's means 35 days for 1 pound!
You're better off picking a lower calorie diet. It's not bad to skip school lunch considering what they serve, but try to bring some snacks with you to school to tide you over so you're not starving.
My teen boys also bring a bottle of water (kids at their school drink bottled water so it's not weird).
Take a hard look at your food choices. Skip junk, frozen stuff, fast food and quick snacks with high calories.
