Sometimes when you hide the truth for 10 months it can catch someone off guard. Especially when over those 10 months she has built a bond with you and trusted and cared for you. And by you sprinigng on her your encounter with her firends makes her question everything that has ever happened between the two of you. When it comes to relationships and girls, we like to protect our men from other girls, and we like to pretend that we are the only one that has touched them, or cared for them as we do. When you reveal that two of her friends have had some of the same encounters that she has with you... I can see why she would be upset with you. Try explaining yourself for being with her two friends and why you didn't tell her earlier. Most importantly though, DO NOT MAKE HER FEEL LIKE SHE IS OVER REACTING! Her concern is true and she deserves to be upset, it's now up to you to find a solution, reprove that her being with you is not a mistake.

I would bet that she's not necessarily mad that you hooked up with them before her (even both on the same day)...more than likely she is mad at the fact that it took you 10 months to tell her...you gave her a false impression of yourself, and now you have to deal with the consequences.

For starters, she is mad because you took this long to tell her.
And she may think you are not that into her if you were with her friends just before you were with her.
Are you serious about her? Do you no longer have any interest in her friends? Then tell her, and she will get over it.
If she really likes you, then she will be jealous of other girls and want to have you all to herself. That is if you have decided to date exclusively.

if i were her i would feel like i couldn't trust you because you should have told her from the very beginning! always be truthful. i understand you not wanting to hurt her. kudos to you for that. but sometimes it is better to just say what you need to say when you need to say it.
