Diet pills can cause side effects, racing heart rate, high or low blood pressure. They are not safe to take. if you so choose to take diet pills consult with our doctor and do not switch back and forth. If you find one does not work for you, you can try another, it should not be in the same week as any others but talk to your doctor.

If you consider that no diet pill is 100% safe, then you've answered your own question.

If you're talking prescription diet pills, don't switch back and forth.

If you're talking herbal stuff or infomercial products, there's nothing effective in them (that's why they tell you to use them with a diet & exercise) so it doesn't matter.

Why would you want to do that? If you keep switching, you will have no idea if a particular diet pill works or not.
