Tell the artist what you want, talk to him and figure out a way to make it a little bit unique than the standard cherry tattoo. Why cherries? Do you really like to eat them?

The closest thing I could find for you was a double cherry on a stem with a blue flame and little stars..it's really cool also and i hope it can help...here's the link

if it is something you want to get, you can just go to your tattoo artist and tell them. a cherry tattoo with flames is pretty standard.
