YES! This is unbelievable.. I was thinking of putting up this same question after allowing myself to actually answer so many of the ridiculous questions on here. These "questions'' are only on here to tempt us anyway. GOOD CALL brother!

that's an excellent suggestion. and may i also suggest that supposing Christians come here to interact with folks of other beliefs, faiths and ideas they could perhaps try a different approach to initiating and responding to discourse.
i respond in kind. i really do. i mirror the questioner so if the query is arrogantly posed i will respond with in a similar manner. i rather communicate intersting ideas in a civilized way but real debate is rare on forums such as these. so anyway ...
i wonder if Christians could interact without pushing their agenda, without being "on mission", to just be people communicating with other people. Christians (and other exclusivity religions) create an "us vs them" atmosphere with makes for a combat arena instead of a true seeking of understanding (even common ground). it's not so much the question as how it's posed. it's not so much what you say but how you say it.
PS. the posing of difficult or controversial questions should not be considered "persecution".

What really annoys me is ,if I ask a Q. it means I am really looking for an answer. I do not belong to a structured religion, but have my own belief system, that is serving me quite well.
I have read the bible and the books of other religions, and I have questions, valid questions,I would have really appreciated answered by people that can do other than quote me the bible. As I have stated before," if I had not read the book I would not have asked the question". It is so frustrating to be treated this way and it only confirms my belief that most believe with a blind unquestioning faith. That is sad.

Latin Vulgate
Douay-Rheims Bible
The Apocalypse Of Saint John
Chapter 22
11 He that hurteth, let him hurt still: and he that is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is just, let him be justified still: and he that is holy, let him be sanctified still. 12 Behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to render to every man according to his works. 13 I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. 14 Blessed are they that wash their robes in the blood of the Lamb: that they may have a right to the tree of life, and may enter in by the gates into the city. 15 Without are dogs, and sorcerers, and unchaste, and murderers, and servers of idols, and every one that loveth and maketh a lie.
16 I Jesus have sent my angel, to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the root and stock of David, the bright and morning star. 17 And the spirit and the bride say: Come. And he that heareth, let him say: Come. And he that thirsteth, let him come: and he that will, let him take the water of life, freely.

I can see your point my brother but we do not live saved lives to help us,we are already saved, we do it to take the Gospel to a dying world. The ones who are asking the questions may not want anything other than to belittle our God but what about those who read their questions, look at our answers and decide they want to know this Jesus we are talking about. We are to in all things give thanks unto God. Exalt His name at all times. The Word of God says that we are to be instant in and out of season. He also say that it is with love and kindness has He drawn them. Leading others to Christ is not always glamorous. Sometimes we have to be wise as serpents. May God Bless

No. How can we bring more people to God if we don't answer there questions. If we sit and do nothing then we are just as guilty as the killers, liars, thiefs and rapist.

That would be difficult to do, since the majority of Christians feel an overwhelming need to "convert" anyone not of their faith.
If you REALLY want to do something good for the Christmas season, start asking questions that will help bring people together instead of tearing them further apart. "Us versus them" only breeds more hate.
