I think he is a man with a personal agenda and an audience that he can work with to achieve it. I don't think there is anything holy about him - personally I find him distasteful.

Peace!

Pat Robertson is a nothing but a big crap wearing the Christian veil. Probably his most famous act of religiously motivated evil stupidity is contained in his interview with co-idiot Jerry Falwell right after the September 11th terrorist acts in which he blames the ACLU, abortionists, pagans, feminists, homosexuals, and People for the American Way for making God angry and allowing the terrorists attacks to happen.
So yeah, I'd call him a con man. But I think he's worse.

Not only is he a con man, but he's a pathological liar. Once he boasted that he used a leg lift to bench a ton. The problem is that the saftey on the leg lift he was using wont allow the thing to move with that much weight on it.

I will ring your doorbell and run away!!!

He is good.

The Apocalypse Of Saint John
Chapter 22

11 He that hurteth, let him hurt still: and he that is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is just, let him be justified still: and he that is holy, let him be sanctified still. 12 Behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to render to every man according to his works. 13 I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. 14 Blessed are they that wash their robes in the blood of the Lamb: that they may have a right to the tree of life, and may enter in by the gates into the city. 15 Without are dogs, and sorcerers, and unchaste, and murderers, and servers of idols, and every one that loveth and maketh a lie.
16 I Jesus have sent my angel, to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the root and stock of David, the bright and morning star. 17 And the spirit and the bride say: Come. And he that heareth, let him say: Come. And he that thirsteth, let him come: and he that will, let him take the water of life, freely.

He is a holy man. If he were a self righteous sinner everybody would like him and give him praise. But, as the scripture says, Blessed are you when men shall revile you and say all manner of things about you for my names sake.

He is neither, he is a charlatan, preying on people's fears so he can say that anything that goes wrong with the US is our fault for incurring God's wrath
