Because lies were told, and they called you an unfit parent. what would you do?

get a lawyer! definately file a cause of action
if you are obviously innocent then your case shouldn't be hard to win, but expect any and every little detail to pop up if you did anything wrong.
hey and if you win and get custody of your son back, you might be able to sue the people who lied about your for slander and defemation of character-depending on the facts of the case of course!

fight the system. i would hire a good attorney. what grounds or means did they have to say you were an unfit parent? did they do an observation of you and your home?
