you don't really love her then, not yet at least. Ask her out, and see what she says.
Remember, the best dates are free/cheap. Don't go to the movies, because you won't get to know each other if you don't talk.

Have you tried telling her you love her? Don't say it in a way that will scare her off, just try to do it casually, in the heat of the moment, when it feels right. If she says it back, then you'll definitely know; if not, then it won't be as heartbreaking as it would be if you sat her down and made a serious conversation out of it.

You just have to talk to her and get to know her more. Are you going out with her? If not, well, then you have to at least ask her out.

let her know how u feel. maybe she likes u back. or u can start by being friends with her. when guys hang out w/ me, i get reallllllly attached.
