Yah, I know a great one. it's called photo.net, and it is really great if you want to learn more about photo techniques. First of all, they have several tutorials in there, but more importantly, they have an extensive criticing community.
What you do is this: you actually get an account, and you can upload your photos, ask for critics, etc. You can also post in the numerous forums for help with any photography questions you might have. This is one of the best websites i have ever found for learning photography.
