Just five to ten minutes ago I swallowed three small pills as I always do and now I have this hard lump in my throat, I don't know if it's a lump but it feels like something big is stuck there. I already drank two bottles of fluid. I tried gagging whatever was in there but all I got out was the fluid I drank(juice and water).
No I'm not going to the doctor.

try eating some bread (not toast). it can help latch onto something and get it down.

Have take your Pills with hot/warm water? Because warm or hot water melt the pills faster before they got into you stomach.The melted pills might stuck any where from you throat to your stomach and may swell caused by the acid burn by the pills? That my thinking, from what you had mentioned that you got the lump after take 3 pills!
I advise you see a doctor! May be you got some bone or what stuck at the side of you throat? I heard of someone got a fish bone in her throat for few days. she tried her way of treatments. She went to a doctor only till the pain is killing her.By them it was too late for her. she die because of an infection from it. God bless you!

Either drink water with your nose squeezed close or have some bread in big piece - as much as you can until you fell relaxed with your throat

eat some crackers or bread. It usually helps older people that have issues swallowing pills

In my experience, it just feels dat way but it eventually disappeared..
naturally you would start to cough if something is stuck there.
