Yes I believe that guys usually get turned off by girls who are "high maintenance" or what you call high class and has some elite lifestyle. Because guys do want girls who are just being their trueselves, no inhibitions, no paraphernalias that will make them good but if its not there they will feel ugly...These girls are just plain stupid and ignorant, they thought that if they will be like that they are much good than simple girls in the town..But they are wrong.Very wrong.Guys are more attracted to the simple yet wonderful girls out there, girls whose not putting too much make up, dining in expensive restos, having elegant dresses but just be true and sane women.If i will be a boy i love girls who's just have a great personality and good laugh, eating in an ordinary foodchains and wearing simple yet neat clothes.This reflects their attitudes in the future, in marriage life, that they could be a better wives contenting in simple lives that their husband could give them.

Let's put it this way. . . we like to have a life too. High maintenance girls stifle our lives. Some guys eat this up. I and many others do not. High maintenance translates "me first" and egocentric. Not fun. . .

High maintenance girls may be fun for a while, but it is always more fun to be with a real adult, who does not need so much reinforcement.

high maintenance means they are either stuck on themselves or have such low self esteem that they spend all of thier time on them selfs. either way they aren't happy with who they are and most guys want some one that likes themselves. Same as women want a guy that is comfortable being themselves.

I think that's a matter of preference, but most guys prefer low maintenance!

i can't stand high maintenance girls, everything is about them and they're too worried about their clothes or their nails to do anything fun.

most of the time.....in a very rare instance you might consider it...but she better be worth it....most are NOT...far from it
