I think you should talk to him more, to flirt a little bit and see how he responds. You will feel it if he likes you even if he doesn't tell you this (in his eyes, through his behaviour with you, if he wants to spend more time with you, if he finds excuses to meet you...)

Actions speak louder than words. Guys aren't big on words. Does he pay attention to you, does he call you often, is he kind, gentle and compassionate? Does he call you (likes you)
Does he disrepect you? Do you fight or disagree? Do you wish you saw him more than you do? Do you have to call him. Is being with the guys more important than you? (doesn't like you)

how do you feel about asking him?
If you feel uncomfortable with this,can you talk to one of your freinds and just (hint) to them you like this one guy and you were wondering if he feels same way towards you.
If all else fails,at the end of the day at least you will know your answer.

start being a little more flirty with him and see how he responds. if he flirts back, take the flirting up another level. if all goes well, he'll be telling YOU he likes you. :)
