Read your instruction manual! Some cell phones can't do it at all, some require matching a particular name or phrase to a telephone number, and others are able to intelligently match your words to the entry in your cell phones phone book.

If you don't have the instruction manual, check your cellular provider's web site. They are likely to have instructions online.

Check your manual, it should have detail instructions on how to do that. If it didn't come with one, you can search google for the manufacturers website, they usually have online manuals and frequently asked questions.
