How on earth can you get them from the sun, and I have them and I'm never out in the sun! Well.... rarely and then only short periods between the car and buildings. I don't know what they are, but I'll watch this posting to see what others say.

The only way to get rid of them is laser treatment,
They literally spot zap it and they disappear like a miracle.
It burns the broken capillary up and it never comes back.
The bad part is that it can be pricy as it is charged per zap.
Look into it with dermatological plastic surgeons and laser surgery centers and price them for yourself.

Use disposable ladies razors on your face, and only use them for one shave, I use King of Shaves shaving oil for sensitive skin, After shaving pat your face with a warm flannel then gently rub in a balm which has Aloe Vera in it. If it carries on it may be ingrowing hairs, which I cannot help you with.

Hi Suga, Do you really get them from the sun? I don't know about that, but you need to see a skin doctor, and see what he can do for you.
