What a good starting guitar for a 10 year old?

His grandma bought him one - but I think it's a junker as it gets out of tune almost as soon as you tune it. Looking for something compatible with a little guy's finger strength and stays in tune and won't break the bank. Thanks.

Try an electric epiphone special 2. Thats what my husband got my 6 year old.
