My bf loves to shave his head but is not able to muster courage to do so.
Everytime when its time for his haircut he keeps asking me for encouragement and tells that he will surely get his head shaved this time but comes back from the barber shop with his usual haircut.

I am feeling like taking charge of him and taking him to a barber shop and instructing the barber to shave his head smooth. Is it a good idea?else what else can be done so that he gets his head shaved?

~I think that if he was serious about wanting it shaved, he would have had it shaved by now. He'll have it done when he is ready.
I don't think a hairdresser would listen to you, she would need an answer from your boyfriend since it is HIS hair.
Why not worry about something worth worrying over instead of your boyfriends hairstyle?~

Quit being his mommy! If he wanted it shaved he can tell the barber what he wants. He's a big boy and doesn't need you to hold his hand while getting a haircut....lol! Silly girl! ( I mean that in the best of ways) He knows you would like it...so, just ask him what the prob is and leave it at that. We always want to be their mothers and you will be sorry once you start that kind of behavior cause he will make you do it over and over, then he will never learn to be responsible for his own wants and desires in life.

Why should you take him to a barber shop? You can do it yourself. Don't you believe in "do it yourself" principle. Here take a mug of warm water. Massage the entire head slowly and steadily. Massage the scalp too. Take a razor. Start shaving rom the middle of head - first right side and then on the left.

For the purpose of beautification, let the side whiskers as it is and also moustache.

Now you have baldy in your hands.

why go to the barber shop? goto like target get a pair of clipper. use the clippers to shave the hair short.... then use a razor and shaving cream to make it smooth...... in the long run this will save time and money. plus you could shave his head. i shave my own head all the time. about once a week.

If he really wants it, you do it. You know how to shave, don'cha? A nice round head would be a lot easier than some of the bent places we shave (I'm talking about the back of the knees you pervs)

If I were a man, I would find this VERY embarrassing! It would remind me of going to the barber's with mommy. He'll do it when he is ready.

Why not get some clippers, shaving gel, and a razor and YOU can shave it for him? Make an evening of it! It'll be fun!

Why does he want to shave his head bald? Hm. I never did like a bald man. But if that is something that he wants to do, then take him down there and tell them to shave his head bald before he can back out. Or hey, you get a shaving kit, you take one good chunk of hair off his head. That way he will be commited to get it done. :)
