I have two products:

One is 15% glycolic acid
The other is 2% salicylic acid

Can I use them together and what would the benefits be?

What skin issues are you using them for? Saliycic acid works best for acne prone skin and glycolic works for all skin types, but especially dry or matured skin. Maybe use the salycic acid in the morning and glycolic acid at night. HTH : )

It probably wouldn't hurt to use both. You should experiment with them - try both - try one at a time. I gather that the salicylic acid is more drying than the glycolic. That isn't necessarily a bad thing depending on your skin type and problem. I have hear many good things about the Proactive products although I haven't used the product. Proactive uses a salicylic acid.

Yes you can if you have oily skin, because the percentage is not very strong. Glycolic acid is a peeling agent which will increase the rate and speed of skin cell renewal. Salycilic acid dissolves dirt and impurities, good for acne-prone skin. But because both can cause dryness, if you notice your skin becomes overly dry, follow with a hydrating moisturizer or use them separately.

I wouldn't recommend it. You could cause yourself to have an irritating skin rash. Sometimes mixing cosmetic acids can burn the skin and make even acne worse.

I would alternate between the two. Use glycolic one day... then Salicylic the other.

I wouldnt use them all the time together because it might dry up your skin. But i know Pears transparent soap has glycolic and its the best soap that i have ever used.
