You like a girl and you like him very much? Girl=her and boy=him which are you talking about? girl or boy or is it both? I'm thoroughly confused.

I'm sorry you say you like a girl? Do you mean you like her very much ? If you like a girl a lot and if she realizes you exist talk to her, start as friends, gain her trust and go from there.
You will know if she and you are meant to be more the friends once you two get to know each other.

You mean you like "her" very much? You said a girl... but then you started calling her a "him". Just tell her that you'd like for the two of you to spend some time together. Once you're sure she likes you, tell her.
