I need to know. I have a friend in Minneapolis who loves mandarin oranges. I live in California. Would like to mail him some fresh mandarin oranges. Can this be done? And how?

the only way you can do that is overnight delivery, but its expencive and you have to pack them right so they don't get squished or damaged...

Sure it can. Go to the liquor store and get an empty wine bottle box. Put the oranges in the little slots and put some packing peanuts or something like that over it. Just make sure you black out the name and the bar codes of the wine box with a marker or something because the post office wont accept the box that way.
