I've posted this question in Religion & Spirituality, so you should know which usage I'm referring to, if you're aware of it. That's something I'm checking too- how many people are thinking of the same definition as I am?

Bright is the person who has a naturalistic worldview, which forms the basis of their ethics and actions
A bright worldview is free of supernatural and mystical elements
Brightness is compatible with Zen, but you don'e need to be into Zen to be bright.
Be bright, and be right.

Someone who is smart. Or something is showing forth the light. In Harry Potter, "mars is bright tonight". means much light in a way that foretells the future. And on, and on.

Bright means your ideas always fascinate people and prompts them to do better at what they are doing- perhaps a source of epiphany. It's like, it makes people think on a higher level. Gives them light and inspiration

I think of someone having a bright spirit. Many babies have very bright spirits, which you can see by looking into their eyes.
