here are some tips :) you can : - blow dry it upside down - blow dry it with the nozzle pointing up twards your roots, instead of down twards your feet -take a comb, and backcomb your hair from the middle of that piece of hair to the root. its called teasing your hair, so you can look up more detailed explanations :) word of warning ! : teasing does crete friz, so i would suggest teasing the layers under your hair so that the top layers rest on the teased part and give it a full look :) - use gel and hairspray after blow drying/teasing/showering to keep body - during the day when there aren't any hair product to use, flip your head to your knees, and flip your hair up and down five times ** also remeber that conditioner only adds flatness to your hair, so use little - if any - conditioner while in the shower - dont wash your hair everyday : its unhealthy, damages ends, and decreases fullness :( - use mouse when scruncing your hair, it helps alot ! hope this helpss :)

Nioxin has different systems depending on your needs. Redken Body Full line is good and so is Paul Mitchell Extra Body... You can go to http://www.nioxin.com/ to determine which Nioxin system is best for you if you opt to try that. You can find it at most salons. Happy hair days!

Some good answers here. Also, try blow drying your hair while bending forward so your hair's hanging down. Some cuts make your hair look thicker. Keep the ends trimmed.
