2 minutes for 1, 3 1/2 minutes for 2 (my 14 year old son asks me this every single time he has them).

If you're microwaving 1 lean pocket -- 1 1/2 minutes.
If 2 -- 2 1/2
Caution: Product will be hot.

I min 30 secs-2min (if frozen) I eat em all the time.
Okay maybe she's right try 3 min but keep looking at them. I do for 11/2 -2 min but my micrw. might be high wattage

I microwave one for 90 seconds. Usually that's long enough for one of the corner to bust open & filling to ooze out.

Poke holes place it gently on a plastic tray micro wave it 3 mins on high take it out of oven and promptly throw it in the garbage Best if used in a land fill
