Although the answers you have already received are most likely the case, it depends where the person is from and what traditions their family may have. Here is why: in olden days and in several areas of the world today, women wore/wear their wedding rings on the middle finger of the left hand because it is said that the bloodline of that finger goes directly up to the heart. It is symbolic. :o) Sweet, I think, though I don my wedding ring on the left hand ring finger.

It means she is wearing a ring on the middle finger of her left hand. Females that are engaged or married wear rings on their ring finger on the left hand. Alot of times young girls in relationships that get rings from their BF's will wear the rings on the ring finger of the right hand.

if she wears it on her middle finger of her left hand,doesnt mean anything....but if she wear it on the finger where you wear your ring when you get married....that would mean that she's married...or she just got it as a present from her boyfriend,fiance,or just the guy she likes.......and she wears it on that finger cause it means a lot to her.

Yeah, it's not usually a relationship if it's on the MIDDLE finger. I'm betting it's just jewelery that means a lot to her (i.e. a christmas gift or something from a family member, etc.) Good luck!
