I need a portable hot holding unit for under $200. I have been looking at Cambro and Alto-Shaam but can't find anything under $400! Anyone have any website suggestions for me to try besides e-bay? I'm desperate! I have an offsite catering to do in January and have no way to keep the food hot (no oven/stove onsite). . . help!

Go to your local party store. They have disposible chafing dishes for like $6 or so each...depending on the size.
