Because this man recommended to me. He said he was placed in a hospital for several months where is was necessary for him to drink 6 bottles of it a day just to regain his normal weight. He was 120lbs and 5ft 8inches.

Why did he recommend it to you? Why do you think you need 6 bottles of Ensure? If you urgently need to gain weight, you should do it with medical supervision. Ensure is a supplement and you can do more harm than good if you ingest too much of certain vitamins. Luckily the body gets rid of most excess vitamins and minerals through waste products, making all that Ensure an expensive bathroom break.

It's ok if you can't eat food, but bad for you otherwise. That stuff is loaded with sodium.
