See a doctor if it don't go away soon( if not gone in 5 days or so).But its probably just from clothing or fungus infection.Keep area clean and dry.

Hello: To answer your question, based on your symptoms of a blister on the penis and abdominal pain, these do not point toward a diagnosis of HIV. If you engage in high risk sex, ie. not using a condom, barebacking, etc. then you should definately get a baseline HIV antibody test and then at least yearly. As far as the blister on your penis, two things come to mind. Firstly, if the blister is painful and it started as a blister but then became an ulcer, it is most likely HSV II (herpes simplex virus 2; the causative agent for genital herpes). If the blister/sore was painless when this points toward a diagnosis of syphilis. Both types of blister/sores/ulcers will go away on their own without treatment, but you need to get certain tests to confirm what the blister really is. I suggest you go to your physician and ask for an STD (sexually transmitted disease) workup. This includes HIV antibodies, RPR (the test for syphilis which is tested by blood draw), gonorrhea and chlamydia (tested by inserting a very small swab into the penis, hurts a little but is very quick), HSV II IgG and IgM antibodies (the IgG will tell if you were infected in the past and the IgM will tell if you were just recently infected with herpes, Hepatitis B antibody test (hepatitis B is 100 times easier to contract than HIV through sexual contact because the HIV virus is very fragile and the Hep B virus is a very strong, hardy virus). As far as the muscle pains and cramping, these are coincidental to the blister. They represent something completely separate from the lesion on your penis. When you go in for your STD workup, let the physician know about the muscle weakness and cramping, but like I said these symptoms have nothing to do with your initial question. Do not just forget about that blister. Like I said it will go away on its own, but if it is syphilis it will linger in the body and eventually get into the nervous system causing neurosyphilis which is bad. If it is herpes, then your doctor can give you Valtrex, acyclovir or famvir prescription to keep on hand in case you break out with another blister. These meds are very effective in reducing the length of time the blister is there, but it also helps to heal it faster too. Again, PLEASE DO NOT let this go. Get it checked out, get a diagnosis and get it treated. I hope this helped answer your question and alleviate some of your concerns. Regards, Warren Shaffer, M.D.

Herpes simplex
Contact may occur directly, or through contact with infected razors, towels, dishes, and other shared articles. Stop masturbation and try to build up a healthy body.

It depends on how many times a day you take things into your own hands. Ease up, it's more "explosive" if you do it in moderation or let someone else do it for you from time to time. For less friction try some type of lotion. (KY is very popular)

It's probably nothing.
Lots of thing cause friction against a penis. Might just have been too tight underwear, or jeans.
Masturbate as much as you want, you won't cause any problems.

you need to use more anal lube. you're like 4 years behind the rest. you should put rubbing alcohol on it or it will get worse. it could get infected. so make sure you rub that **** on it to prevent further damage. after you put the rubbing alcohol on it it will go away within a week but don't masterbate until it's gone. also, don't masterbate if it's to animals, gay porn, kiddy porn, shemale, chicks with *****, scat, prisoner or grandma porn. all others are a good to go. increase your masturbation time to increase your endurance. but make sure you use rubbing alcohol to kill all bacteria and fungi while softening your hands and eat lots of asparagus. asparagus with make your goodies smell better
