A good rule of thumb is: If you're doing something with another person, and you don't feel like you can/should share that experience with your significant other, then it's time to look at the possibility that you are cheating or are challenging the trust of your relationship.

Depends on what your talking about. I talk to my x al the time and we're pretty good friends but that's not cheating. She can't tell her bf though because he is a control freak who tells her everything he wants her to do and doesn't want her ever talking to anyone else.

not neccesarly, but your girl might be suspicious as to what u are talking about with the other girl and she might be mad or even jealous and hurt that u cant talk to her about whatever it is that u are talking about with the other person. Especially if she doesnt no or trust ur other friend she will more than likely get suspicious and emotional and it could cause arguments.

If it is phone sex, then yes. It is really harmless, unless it is a discussion on planning to cheat.

If you are doing something that you would not do in front of your spouse, it is cheating.
