What if every week when you did your shopping, you pick one vegetable you've never tried before. Do it every week, and write down the ones you really like. After a couple of months, you should have a variety of new and healthy additions to your diet, and just purchase smaller quantities of meat.

if its not giving you any major health problems - why change? Meat is good for you... Listen to your body - if your body wants and craves meat - then give it what it wants.. If you change your diet and stop eating meat, I'll guarantee you, you will feel like crap.. Try this: Do 15 push-ups a day. Eat 3 or 4 apples a week.. Exercise also helps with constipation.
