how does WHO know what culture to put who where? ..huh?
God is a fairy tale man, grow up.its more the butterfly effect than anything
The butterfly effect is a phrase that encapsulates the more technical notion of sensitive dependence on initial conditions in chaos theory. Small variations of the initial condition of a dynamical system may produce large variations in the long term behavior of the system. This is sometimes presented as esoteric behavior, but can be exhibited by very simple systems: for example, a ball placed at the crest of a hill might roll into any of several valleys depending on slight differences in initial position. there s no "god" in it

butterfly effect: The phrase refers to the idea that a butterfly's wings might create tiny changes in the atmosphere that ultimately cause a tornado to appear (or, for that matter, prevent a tornado from appearing). The flapping wing represents a small change in the initial condition of the system, which causes a chain of events leading to large-scale phenomena. Had the butterfly not flapped its wings, the trajectory of the system might have been vastly different. its kinda like karma cause and effect

Very intelligent question. One has to understand Karma and Reincarnation to understand why everyone is in the situation they are in. Why is a baby born sick or blind and another healthy and in a rich family? It just depends on what they did in their past life. As far as culture or race or Religion it is all due to your past life situation and your desire and Karma (reaction to your actions) The soul is evolving Not like Darwin's bogus theory that has been disproved. But evolving until one is fully in their constitutional position. Go to stephen-knapp. for universal truths and knowledge on karma and reincarnation

You can choose whatever culture you want here in California. You're just the product of your parents, you don't choose that. You can be whatever you want, you want to be Buddhist and marry an Asian woman you are free to, you want to marry a black girl and play basketball, you can do that too. Whatever you want. You got to get in where you fit in like Too Short said.

If you assume that the purpose for reincarnation is to learn and not just for amusement, who better than God to know what it is that you really need to learn?
