I'd say Bush for misusing God's name and simply because I don't like him.
But I'm quite sure God forgives everyone. I don't believe in hell. It doesn't make sense to me. I think the reasons why people should follow rules, commandments, etc is just so that they can be righteous and the happiest possible and not fear of "going to hell".

You could still see Hitler in heaven. Just because you are bad doesn't mean you're sentenced to Hell. As long as you accept Christ once, you can "never be snatched out of His hand." So, if Hitler accepted Jesus even ONCE, he's living happily forever. And don't we deserve to rot in Hell? One sin and that's what's supposed to happen to every one of us. But God loves us so much, that he sent his son here to Earth, Jesus, to die for our sins. It's a free gift, salvation; and anyone can have it if they want to.
