Call the ICE office where the alien is located. Be prepared to give them the alien's name, date of birth, and current address. Any additional information such as criminal history, place of employment, vehicle description, etc.
You can give your name or you can withhold giving your name. Whether you give your name or not does not affect the information.
Let ICE decide what to do. You do your duty as a law abiding citizen.
Also you can report Permanent Resident Aliens who have committed crimes or who have illegally voted.
In many cases, they can lose their resident status and be deported.
You will NOT have to testify (especially if ICE does not know your name).
Or you can email me the information.
