I know I´m clueless but how do you play hard to get? without being rude.

Playing hard to get is pretty much rude. You act as though you don't really care about him kind of aloof if you will.When you're not trying to be rude you don't allow the person your dating to get to far in a short period of time, but act as though you think he\she is okay. If a guy\girl likes you and want to be you friend it won't take him to long but when it come to dating you make it take twice as long as it would to do what you would normaly do on a date. Such as if you were playing hard to get your boyfriend wanted to kiss you you make him wait longer than a normal girl\guy would.

I would define playing hard to get as the opposite of needy and pesty.
Don't ring back until they have called a couple of times. Don't follow them around at parties or outings. Don't be too eager to say yes to invitations, act as if you may have something else on.
If you really like the person then playing hard to get may lose your chances. Its probably better to play it neutral

I personally think that playing hard to get is quite an immature thing to do.. but many guys tend to like things that they cannot get, so I guess it'll work if you're trying to flirt around. Well, for starters, you shouldn't take the initiative to talk to guys/ask them out and stuff. When they go about hinting that they harbour interest for you, just pretend as if you didn't pick them up and stuff. well, you'll learn.

"hard to get" and "rude" are both subjective, they mean different things to different people. But, to go along with your game, simply pretend that you do not see or hear the person.

For one you have to seem like you have other intrest going on. As much as u want to be around the person, find other things to do by yourself and with friends. you want him to know that you have your own life and he has to try hard to be apart of it.
